1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between users and Legal Platform 2026. By accessing the Platform you agree to all provisions of these Terms.
2. Account & Registration
Most Platform services require an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and is responsible for keeping credentials safe (password, 2FA).
3. Document Templates & Orders
Templates are informational. Final legal validity of a generated document should be verified independently or with a lawyer.
4. Consultations
Consultations are booked via the Platform, but the legal service itself is provided directly by the attorney. The Platform serves as a connection and payment intermediary.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed through Click, Payme, UzCard and similar services. Refunds are available before document generation or consultation start.
6. Liability Limitation
The Platform is not directly responsible for outcomes of using the provided documents or consultations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform belongs to Legal Platform 2026 or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Changes
The Platform may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Tashkent courts.
