  • How do document templates work?

    Open the template, fill in the form, pay, and a ready Word file is generated automatically.

  • How do I contact a lawyer?

    Pick a lawyer from the directory, book an open slot, and a meeting link is generated on confirmation.

  • Can I try before paying?

    Yes — every course has free preview lessons, lawyer profiles are public, and a few templates are free.

  • Is my data safe?

    Everything is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are stored with Argon2, and 2FA is supported.

  • How do I change my plan?

    Visit "My subscription" to view your current plan and switch tiers any time.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Yes — until a document is generated or a consultation has started.

  • How do I download a document I bought?

    Open My orders in the dashboard. Delivered orders have a download button; the file is also emailed and, if your Telegram is linked, sent to the chat.

  • Can I pay with Telegram Stars?

    Yes — open the Mini App from inside the bot and tap Buy with Stars on any template or course. Web checkout still uses Click / Payme.

  • How does the AI application drafter work?

    Upload a photo of a fine, summons or contract and our AI prepares a draft response based on Uzbekistan law. Have a verified lawyer review it before sending.

  • How do I switch languages?

    Use the language switcher in the header. Your choice is stored on your account and applies to email, SMS, the Telegram bot and the Mini App.

  • How do I sign up as a lawyer?

    Tap "Become a lawyer" in the header, upload your passport and license, fill in your profile. A moderator approves it within 24 hours.

  • Where can I see my consultation history?

    Open My consultations under the profile menu. Each row links to its transcript and lets you leave a review once completed.

  • What if I forget my password?

    Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. You'll get an SMS code; after verifying, set a new password.

  • How do I manage active sign-ins?

    Open Profile → Security to see every device signed in to your account and sign out any that aren't you.
